TALENT DEVELOPMENT

The development and management of talent is a critical business process for any organization. Employers operating in a competitive industry like technology, healthcare and hospitality understand the importance of applying supply chain theory to manage upstream suppliers and recognize the opportunity to integrate capital from community stakeholders that share in the objective of producing a high-quality talent pool. Talent supply chains are inherently complex and leading organizations acknowledge that the cultivation of raw talent requires a customized approach to meet the everchanging workforce needs of the 21st century.

To assist employers and the suppliers of talent, DNG provides talent development services through its Kinetic Potential business unit and also provides a cloud-based technology solution, Ascend Talent Management System, to support talent supply chain management.

Academic Development

Our academic programming is primarily focused on remediation (Math, ELA, Science) and homework assistance. Three elements distinguish our programming--differentiated services, incorporation of technology and quality of staff (i.e., KP Tutors). Credit recovery and online public schools are key considerations for future development

Social Development

KP Scholars incorporates four key principles for its social development efforts: Vision and Goal Setting, Character and Behavior, Perceptions and Attitude, and Action and Perseverance. These principles provide the foundation our students need to thrive in the 21st century

Professional Development

Professional development is the cornerstone of our programming for youth and their advocates. Participants are provided with workshops, career exploration and a gameplan / roadmap to secure their desired career fields. Students operate within a simulated work environment that includes a virtual pay rate, performance expectations and promotion opportunities. Students are advised on four exit ramps where they conclude their formal studies and enter into the workforce: Exit Ramp 1 = High School Diploma; Exit Ramp 2 = Associate Degree / Trade Certificate; Exit Ramp 3 = Bachelor Degree / 4-year Trade Program; Exit Ramp 4 = Master Degree
