Job Description

Primary Role: The account representative will manage key relationships and delivery of our kinetic potential products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve customer acquisition targets
  2. Recruit and train community ambassadors and project coordinators
  3. Coordinate sales and marketing events
  4. Collaborate with project coordinators to ensure the delivery of a high quality service
  5. Support operations by participating in contracting / invoicing processes


  1. Provide strong, forward thinking and collaborative leadership
  2. Have experience in customer acquisition, product sales and relationship management
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Good project management skills
  5. Strong organizational skills
  6. Ability to motivate, excite, and build consensus within local community
  7. Familiarity with contracting/invoicing processes
  8. Experience with Web 2.0 and immersive education
  9. Ability to facilitate group meetings
