Beyond our consultative role in the application of technology, DNG also uses our considerable resources to develop technology products that are aligned with our mission. The Ascend Talent Management System (ATMS) is designed to address workforce supply demand misalignment and is delivered as either a PaaS/SaaS solution. maybe it would be good to explicitly state here that all partners by definition are employers and have a vested interest in our efforts to produce high quality talent and better align supply and demand.
